About KinandKind

Hello, my name is Tim Coxon, and I am a Primary school teacher and researcher at the University of Sussex, and am interested in how schools support children when they share their hopes, inspirations and concerns about big issues such as the future, the environment and our changing world.

 

My wish is to understanding where, when and how these discussions arise and the impact they have on children and educators—whether they bring up worries, hopes, or questions. I hope my work will help identify helpful ways that schools can best support everyone’s wellbeing, develop new approaches to learning about our environment in meaningful and positive ways.
